Dinesh is a first generation entrepreneur. A Mechanical Engineer by profession and having started the career with Carrier Aircon and later on worked with organisations like American Embassy School, CBRE Etc. Dinesh started the Icon Facilities as a Proprietorship company in 2002 and with his strong vision today the company has more than 135 Sites in North India and is a preferred service partner with all International Property Consultants like CBRE, JLL, C&W, Colliers etc. Dinesh has not only ensured that the services provided to all the customers are with the best services standard but also ensured that all the government compliances are 100% met. He has taken the company to heights and Rosen to an annual turnover of 45 Crores (Estimated figures 2023).
